After a visit from Environmental Health and Food Standards Scotland Frankie's are delighted to announce we have retained our Eat Safe Award for standards of excellence in food hygiene and food safety management.
After our inspection, we are happy to have received another pass from the Food Hygiene Information Scheme in Scotland, however we are especially thrilled that we have also retained our prestigious Eat Safe Award which is given to businesses which go further than just meeting the minimum standards by exceeding expectations. The Eat Safe scheme was introduced to act as an incentive to caterers to strive for the highest standards of excellence in food hygiene. Eat Safe also aims to improve public confidence, re-assuring consumers that their food has been prepared with the utmost care and allowing them to make informed choices about where to eat by providing a recognisable sign of excellence in food hygiene.
Frankie’s want to thank the hard work of their staff who always make food safety a top priority and continually show their commitment to achieving high standards.
