Frankie’s was established in 2008 and has grown into popular seafood eatery in Shetland. Over the years, we’ve been proud to welcome both local customers and visitors from around the world.

All of the fish and shellfish we serve at Frankie's is locally and sustainably sourced and of premium quality. Our daily specials reflect what is freshest from the local market each day, ensuring outstanding flavour and consistency.

Our extensive menus offer gluten free and vegetarian options, all served in a welcoming, family-friendly environment with disabled access and parking.

Our hardworking team play a huge role in everything we do. Their commitment has helped Frankie’s earn a wide range of awards over the years, including being voted the best independent takeaway fish and chip shop in the UK in 2015 at the National Fish & Chip Awards. More recently, we were proud to receive further recognition in 2024 and again in 2025, We are also proud to have gained awards in sustainability, staff training and development, local produce and quality service.
