Charity Seafood Weekend

Frankie’s Fish & Chips is hosting a special Seafood Weekend in support of the Fishermen’s Mission on Friday 6th, Saturday 7th and Sunday 8th June to promote the best of Shetland seafood, including MSC mussels and scallops. The mussels, kindly donated by Blueshell Mussels, will be cooked by Janne and Kristian Johansson of the top Mussel Inn restaurants in Edinburgh and Glasgow. Among the mouth-watering fare on offer will be mussels with Shetland smoked cheese, chillies & cream, mussels with roasted red pepper sauce and basil pesto and mussels, scallops and langoustines with fettucine in a shellfish bisque. Come along to eat in the cafe or order from Scotland’s No.1 fish and chip takeaway!
